I’ve been seeing Dr. Lee and his group for a couple of years and I can sincerely say they take my fear out of going to the dentist. I appreciate their attentiveness and making sure I am comfortable. The whole staff is very welcoming as well.

The service was quick and the receptionist knew my name as soon as I walked in. They rescheduled me when I couldn't make my time. They text and email at least 1 week in advance and the day before to confirm your appointment. And the best part of it all... The dentist chair was also a massage chair. Never seen that before, that was really nice 😁

Dr Lee and Dr Geng at Burien Family Dental have been great to work with as I moved my 99 yr old mother in law across the state and had to find her a new dentist after 50 years with her last dentist. They replaced an old crown for her with ease and care. Highly recommend this office in Burien.

Dr. Lee and his team is so great. I have an extreme fear of dentist, partly due to the problem of my jaw coming off the socket at one side when I open it too wide. Not only he is a highly skilled dentist, he made me comfortable, accommodating with several breaks in the process and put my fear at ease. His office runs very efficiently and office staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Loved this place. Very modern and clean. I plan on getting Invisalign. The staff was cool, talked me thro everything beforehand, and walked me thro things during the appointment to lessen my nerves. Got a cleaning at one appointment and a cavity filled at a 2nd appointment.Very quick fix, and they were gentle. Also, they have massage chairs to ease anxiety. ❤️👌

Annie Geng did a fantastic job filling and polishing my teeth! I was concerned with two of my teeth and she assured me they would take care of them. She was courteous, friendly, caring, and professional. The dental assistant was lovely as well. I was so happy to get a same day appointment! The entire experience was very efficient!

Dr. Lee and his staff were awesome! I had delayed dental care for quite a long time and called on a Monday morning to set up appointments. They got me in that morning for a cleaning & exam, then scheduled me for the next day for the extraction I needed. Every part of the care was painless, and they kept me informed of what to expect every step of the way. Everyone was friendly, respectful and cheerful! I've finally found a dentist to trust!

Dr.Lee and his team are amazing. From first visit earlier 2016 Dr. Lee recommended and suggested dental treatments both cosmetic and preventative. As of 2023 I have only praises for Dr. Lee and his amazing team and trust them on all procedures such as teeth aligned, crowns, fixing receding gum and my overall dental health.

Everyone was great ! Especially with my 6 year old . They did not force anything with her and made her comfortable. Also, the same day was my teenager. She was happy with the results and made her feel like she can make her decision and also made me feel comfortable while I was with my little one . I felt so good ! Dr. Lee and his staff are so kind and gentle. I have anxiety when it comes to the dentist but my experience with this staff has been nothing short of amazing and no discomfort with any treatment or procedures. My root canal was painless!!

Dr Lee was hard at it today w my tooth I broke 2 weeks ago. He’d already removed the broken part, day after it happened- very thankful. Will get my permanent crown in 5 weeks. Everybody is doing a great job in Dr Lee’s office.

I was originally recommended to go to this clinic by my wife several years ago. Her family has been going here forever. I have been thoroughly impressed with their level of communication, compassion, and overall great work since I started coming her. Bev Schneider is usually my dental hygienist, and I could not be happier. She is absolutely fantastic to work with and truly cares about her patients! Dr Lee is also extremely attentive & caring, and it truly shows. I heavily recommend Burien Family Dental Care!

I had a really good experience here. First I love that they offer late appointments as I work Monday-Friday and it’s hard to get off in time for normal dentist hours. The dental assistant Chloe was super sweet and made the X-rays really easy and comfortable. The Dentist was very nice and straightforward. Carrie the hygienist was very gentle, but didn’t miss a spot. She put me at ease and comfortable and was very friendly.

Glad we found this place. Still miss the original hygienist we had. She was able to get my husband to get rid of his deep seeded fear of going to the dentist. But the people working there are really good. They are so much better than the dentists we have seen in the area.

I came in at the recommendation of a friend and got an appointment in that day. The office staff was very nice from the moment I booked the appointment to intake at the desk. The assistant brought me to the back and then Dr Lee who met me in the back they were all very very nice. The office was clean and his equipment is all up to date/state of the art. I felt very comfortable there. I felt Dr Lee was very conservative in his approach.He’s also quite funny.

Dr Lee and his team have taken care of my families dental needs for a few years now and I am so very satisfied. My needs have varied from a routine check up to having a dental implant. Today I had a cleaning. My hygienist was so gentle, caring and respectful. This is the extremely positive comprehensive care I receive each visit.

Perfect balance between small family dentist like I grew up with (never pushing you into something not needed, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" attitude) and modern technology and amenities. There is very clear focus on patient comfort. Can't recommend enough! So glad we found them (after trying a lot of different options, which all ended up being obviously profit and 'sales' driven). This place is the diamond amongst the stones we were looking for.

I broke a crown and didn’t have a regular dentist, so I called them. The receptionist was very kind and got me in the same day. The office was beautiful and clean. The dental assistant bent over backwards to make sure I was comfortable during X-rays and had someone from the front office come and explain their in house insurance to me, which saved me hundreds of dollars. Dr Geng removed the old crown, did the build up, then placed the temporary. She was wonderful! She was professional, efficient, and so kind. I have found my new dentist!

I always have such a great experience here. Every hygienist I’ve seen for a cleaning has “angel hands,” a very light touch, and my teeth feel amazingly clean afterwards. They don’t miss a thing with exams and offer flexibility in figuring out affordable treatments for any issues they do find. Very pleased with the work I’ve had done.

I came into the dentist with a lot of dental fear and the dental assistant and the dentist were understanding and comforting to me I had to have a tooth extracted due to it being broken and the dentist did an amazing job removing it for me ! I am now 9 hrs post extraction and I have minimal sensitivity to the tooth site I am so happy with this dentist!! The office is clean and staff is friendly. I recommend every come here !

I have a fear on going to the dentist, and had put it off for a while. Last month i had a bad infected tooth and pain. I knew there was no choice, but to go to the dentist. I looked online, and this place had great reviews, so I booked an appointment. After the consultation, tooth extraction was the best option. I was so nervous, but everyone there was kind, and understanding. The tooth extraction was really fast, and PAINLESS. I will be back, as I need work done on my teeth from all those years I neglected going to the dentist. Im going to recommend this place to everyone I know. Hopefully im on my way to Healthier teeth

Good dentist, but a dentist so nobody gets 5 stars except Steve Martin, the only real dentist. But I can't give 4.8.. so argh.. 5 it is. They were nice and did a good job. No singing, just humming. I hoped for a Little Shop of Horrors vibe and was disappointed.

My last dentist experience before this was not great, so I went about two years before trying again, now at Burien Family Dental Clinic. I continued to be pleasantly surprised throughout my visit at the different ways that they did little things to improve patient comfort. From the dental chair massaging my back, to them applying Vaseline to my lips so they wouldn't dry out and a numbing agent so the cleaning wouldn't cause pain in sensitive areas, they consistently went way beyond expectations. My hygienist Angie was awesome. She was very friendly and thorough and constantly checking in to make sure I was okay. When I explained what caused my negative experience at the last place I went, she went out of her way to make sure that didn't happen here. I was also really impressed with the way she kept explaining everything she was doing and what to expect next. The dentist, Dr. Yang was also very pleasant although I only spent a few minutes with her. Overall very happy with my experience and I plan to return, as well as bring my husband here as well.

One of the best dental clinic in town!!! Shout out to the wonderful front desk lady (asian one- jezel i think her name—-she’s very very nice! ) to my hygienist marjorie, isabella, carrie and another lady i forgot her name —- you guys rock! They’re so gentle and they knew im so nervous they keep on reassuring me that all will be fine…thank you guys! My dentist Dr. Geng, shes the best! She really good. Thanks dr. Geng! Dr. Lee did my root canal, at first im so nervous like im gonna pass out thinking of those screws going inside my tooth and gums… i went out of the clinic no pain at all, i did not take any pain reliever at all and back to work the next day…all of my dental works at this clinic was literally pain free….thank you burien family dental care!

I went through a traumatic experience years ago and the thought of being vulnerable in a chair with people above me caused massive anxiety. Because of this, I haven't been to the dentist in awhile. I explained this to the staff and they treated me so kindly. I am so embarrassed by my teeth but I felt no judgement. They explained each step of the process so I was comfortable and checked on me often. Dr Geng is the only dentist I will go to now. I am recommending her to others as well. If you are like me and have dental anxiety, this is the place to go!!

Dr Geng and her assistant are super nice and they do exceptional work! They are a friendly, fast and efficient team! The office team is friendly and do a great job at scheduling and keeping costs to a minimum by directing me to a plan that saved me money while encouraging me to keep up with regular cleaning and checkups. Also if you want they will send you multiple reminder messages, which is great for people who are forgetful, have busy lives and or are not well organized.

Bev took me back and did some serious cleaning on my teeth. She was kind, encouraging, and understanding. I didn't feel shame or judgement by Bev or Dr. Lee. Both took the time to explain the decisions they were making and were clear about some next steps I should take. Everyone in the office made this visit comfortable and easy. I can't say enough good things about them.

Had a bad toothache and new to the area so didn't have a dentist. Searched online for an emergency dentist and found Burien Family Dental Care. Figured I wouldn't get in on such short notice but they returned my call promptly and got me in first thing in this morning. Very professional and compassionate staff. While Dr Lee couldn't pull the bad tooth because of an infection, he explained what was going on and got me on a treatment plan and they scheduled a appointment to get it taken care of. Very impressive and appreciate that they didn't want to see me in pain.

Professional and wonderful staff. Service is outstanding, each staff members genuine interest in your comfort and concerns makes each visit easy. From cleaning's to fillings and anything else I would recommend no other. They are also open one Saturday a month to help squeeze in the regular 9-5 people too. Clean and comfortable too! If you have to go to the dentist, Dr. Lee and his staff make it a terrific experience.

I highly recommend this dental clinic! My experiences with them have been great so far! I had a really bad toothache and couldn’t get an appointment with my regular dentist. I was lucky to have found Dr. Lee on a search through my dental insurance app. Dr. Lee and the hygienist were very informative and caring. Service was quick too. I also got a tooth pulled out and no pain at all. I was up and ready to go right after. The Office Manager was great too. After one visit she remembered my name. That shows a lot! Also, out of pocket expenses after insurance coverage seemed cheaper here than other clinics I’ve been too.

Very prompt service. I got a call the same day I filled out their online interest form. I wasn't able to answer, but they followed up with an email which I found very helpful. I seen within a reasonable time frame (no longer than one week wait) and the front office staff was very clear in what I needed to do prior to the appointment. The dental hygienist went over every aspect of what she was doing throughout the appointment which I enjoyed.
